Meditation has been known to help strengthen the spirit, and help calm the
mind. With just sitting quietly, breathing slowly and deeply, and clearing your
mind, stress is released and the feeling of relaxation comes through instead.
Taking only a few minutes out of your day to do this will help alleviate
stress, and won’t cause stress by thinking of how much time is being spent not
studying. And of course, since this is to help you with your relaxation, it
can’t be counted as procrastination.
